Expression of interest
BNG Partnership have recently received approval from Natural England and Somerset Council for a phosphate mitigation scheme within the Brue and Axe catchment area.
The agreed mitigation scheme will provide phosphate credits (kg/TP/yr) that can be purchased to offset additional phosphate generated as a result of residential development within the catchment area. This is required in accordance with the Habitat Regulations.
BNG Partnership are asking for expressions of interest for the purchase of credits and would ask interested parties to complete the form below.
